In October 2016 Edgar Ngelangela finally got a visa to visit the UK and came to the multidisciplinary  international course at St Christopher’s hospice in London followed by 5 weeks attachment at St Michael’s hospice in Herefordshire. he said ” What I have learned at St Christopher’s and experienced in St Michael’s hospice will be extremely useful in my work in Muheza Hospice Care. “
