Sara Higginson, an experienced social worker recently retired from St Michael’s Hospice in Herefordshire, visited Muheza Hospice Care for 5 weeks this autumn. She worked with the staff, teaching them how to deal with bereavement with children and helping them face the stigma of HIV. She also joined the new UNESCO programme that visits schools looking at children’s rights. Pictures of her visit and others from 2014 will be posted in the gallery
